About Eric

Eric grew up just outside Ithaca, New York and began fly fishing at 14. He's taught fly fishing, tying, and stream ecology for over ten years.

Having fished New York extensively, as well as Colorado, Alaska, Montana, California, Wyoming, and West Virginia, he's gained significant experience and skills to get fish in the net.

Whether targeting Spring smallmouth, Fall salmon and browns, freestone trout, or shallow-water carp, he's in his element and really enjoys educating folks about the necessary skills to become more successful and get more from their time on the water.

New York State guide #7228, certified Wilderness-First-Responder, and a B.S. in outdoor adventure leadership, Eric has been leading folks in outdoor pursuits for years.
